This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with BestTechInsights, including data connected to any authorized Meta or Instagram integrations used by BestTechInsights.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, contact BestTechInsights at pipsqueakproductions4115@gmail.com and include the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant records, such as your name, email address, Meta or Instagram username or profile URL if applicable, and a short description of the data you want deleted.

What We Will Delete

  • Personal information you directly submitted to BestTechInsights, where we can reasonably identify it.
  • Contact, support, or request records associated with your deletion request, unless retention is legally required.
  • Data associated with an authorized Meta or Instagram integration, where BestTechInsights controls that data and deletion is technically available.
  • Analytics or operational records where they can reasonably be tied to your identity and deletion is required or appropriate.

What We May Need to Keep

Some information may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, backup integrity, or other legitimate operational purposes. If we cannot delete certain information, we may restrict, anonymize, or de-identify it where appropriate.

Timing

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. If more information is needed, we may ask you to confirm details before completing the request.

Meta and Instagram App Data

If you connected a Meta or Instagram account to an app or integration operated by BestTechInsights, you can also remove app access directly from your Meta or Instagram account settings. After access is removed, you may still submit a deletion request through this page for any data controlled by BestTechInsights.
